Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field.
I'll meet you there.

There are many reasons to come to therapy and the process can feel daunting and confusing. My goal as a therapist is to address the needs, hurts, longings and desires that are bringing you to my office. I use a client-centered, therapeutic approach that honors the risk you are taking to grow and heal within your relationships and self in counseling.
My approach to therapy involves working with individuals of all ages, couples and families who want to explore the barriers and challenges that keep them from living the lives they desire. I believe that all people want to feel connected and safe and that our relational patterns, life experiences and struggles can create distance rather than connection. Therapy can make a difference.
