About Me

Life shrinks or expands in proportion to ones courage.
– Anais Nin
As a mother, wife, daughter and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I witness and am curious about many of the challenges we face in the relationships with ourselves, others and the environment. I believe that all people have the capacity and desire to feel connected, heal and grow.  I enjoy using my life experience work as an actress and therapist to assist clients expand their perspective.  This can create opportunity and possibility to explore new perspectives and possibilities.

Currently I have a private practice serving individuals ages 4 and up, couples and groups in Ketchum, Idaho. Prior to practicing in Idaho, I worked at an Untied Way Agency in Columbus, Georgia serving a diverse population. I have certifications in Trauma, Military, Trauma Resiliency Model and Havening Techniques. I also have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.  I use these skills in my work as s Mental Health Partner at Higher Groundserving Military Veterans, their families and supporters.  I feel very priviledged to work with people in this capacity.

My experience as a professional actress serves my work as a valuable tool that I can use to craft and tailor creative therapeutic interventions and strategies. In my coaching and consulting I use these skills to develop programs dedicated to teaching theatre skills to enhance authenticy and communication from the boardroom, the bedroom, the classroom and beyond. Previous clients include attorneys, physicians, corporate leaders, managers and educators. I find the common denominator in all clients to be a longing for connection, comfort and compassion. So whether I am counseling, coaching or consulting, my skills as a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Actress combine to help people wanting to take the necessary risks to grow.
